How does It work?
For clients hiring:
- The Client expresses the need of hiring an online worker with certain qualifications and work experience.
- The Client hiring must sign our services contract and make an initial payment.
- We present a list of online workers that could fit with the profile the hiring client is looking for.
- We send the clients hiring a Bio of the online workers that might fit their requirements.
- Clients hiring must choose at least 3 profiles they liked in order to arrange an interview, and let us know so we can inform the online workers.
- Clients hiring will set an interview with the chosen prospects using their calendars invitations settings and using any video conference program they want like Zoom or Google Meet.
- After the Client hiring chooses an online worker, then the worker must inform any of our managers the day they’ll start to log their work time in the Back Office Club special time logging file shared previously.
- That’s it! you can start working with your new online worker
For Online workers:

Online workers must send their CV to info@thebackoffice.club email address. “English language knowledge is a must”
- They will receive a call from us to make a brief interview. If successful, you’ll be added to our database for clients hiring.
- If the worker is successful in the interview, they will receive a contract that they must sign and send back to the Back Office club prior to start working.
- Pre-chosen online workers must create a Bio that summarizes their qualifications and experience. (This will be shared with clients hiring)
- Be aware of interview requests made by prospective clients hiring, check their webpages and/or any other info shared in order to prepare for the interview.
- After getting hired and setting the weekly working hours, the online worker must inform any of the Back Office Club managers in order to set the file to log the work time.
- That’s it! You can start working with your new client.
